The winner of Landlord of the Quarter January - April 2017 was announced at our quarterly member landlord meeting (Steering Group) in May 2017.
The prize went to Family Mosaic. In this quarter, Family Mosaic advertised 9 properties through the Homefinder UK portal and showed extraordinary engagement with our Case Management team. Thanks to this, 9 homeless households and applicants living in temporary accomodation found a permanent home.
Family Mosaic's Bedroom Tax Officer was pleasantly surprised as our marketing officer handed over the small prize to reward the hard work the housing association has put in.
The next winner of this quarter, May - Aug 2017, will be announced at the next Steering Group on 21st of September 2017.
