<p>First winner of Landlord of the Quarter May- Sep 2016 was announced at our quarterly member landlord meeting (Steering Group) in September 2016. </p>
<p>The Ferrero Rocher prize went to the London Borough of Harrow. In this quarter, Harrow Council achieved <strong>1 move per month</strong>, thanks to constant engagement with the Homefinder UK team, especially on <u><strong><a href="https://homefinderuk.org/case-management"><span style="color:rgb(164, 25, 92)">Case Management</span></a></strong></u> and extensive promotional activities. </p>
<p>Harrow Council's project manager was pleasantly surprised as our marketing officers handed over the small prize to reward the hard work the council has put in to help its residents find permanent social housing nationwide through Homefinder UK.</p>
<p class="rtejustify">Since then, Harrow Council has also won the Landlord of the Quarter in the last quarter. Will Harrow Council win for the 3rd time in a row? Or will another member landlord beat them?</p>
<p class="rtejustify">The next winner of this quarter, Feb - May 2017, will be announced at the next Steering Group on 17th of May 2017. Who will it be?</p>
