Domestic abuse calls up 25% since lockdown, says Refuge Charity

As restrictions heighten domestic tensions and cut off escape routes, Refuge Charity's National Domestic Abuse helpline saw a 25% increase in calls and online requests for help since the lockdown was put in place, as reported on BBC.
