Our properties in Brookdene lodge are built to traditional construction type, comprising of double glazed windows, insulated cavity walls and tiled roofs. All properties are electrically heated/ gas heated. We have a total of 36 properties in Brookdene lodge.
The service in Brookdene lodge is delivered locally by a Neighbourhood Co-ordinator. They are responsible for providing general advice to all our tenants. They ensure effective consultation in carrying out health and safety checks, work in partnership with local authorities, provide regular inspections of our communal areas and signposting tenants to advice in effective management of their rents but do not raise individual repairs which is the role of Habinteg Direct.
Your Neighbourhood Coordinator is managed and supported by a regional Neighbourhood Manager. The Neighbourhood Manager works with Neighbourhood Coordinators and our tenants to ensure operational services are delivered in accordance with policies and procedures and robust internal controls are maintained.
Also, our staff have an understanding of the problems faced by disabled people and can provide assistance with accessing a range of housing related services and third party contacts
